“Poodley Doodley!”
It’s this years “budge fudge” (maybe) and Jonny’s award winning caption for this picture:

It was part of ‘Ben’s Brilliant captions game’, in which contestations had to get inside my head and write amusing captions in what they deemed to my own personal style AND they had to make me laugh. The idea was ripped off from the best board game off all time Carrots Canny Captions. No really, best board game ever, ask around.
(budge fudge is a slang term meaning 'move over' that was created by members of Youth Alpha quite by accident. Look out for it in the Oxford English Dictionary sometime soon-ish).
Meet Mr Duck Tape & His Doggy Chum!
Just look at these two beauties, they should have there own TV show and successful toy franchise:

They were created during the classic game ‘duck tape modelling’, which I stole from this website which has loads of game ideas for youth groups.
To round the evening off we scoffed a lot of food. Lauren and I made a ‘lucky chair’ by putting a blue M&M in the little Bible holder bit at the back.

The plan was that somebody would sit there for church on Sunday morning and have a lovely little chocolate surprise. I checked at the end of this morning’s service and here’s what I found:

So the chair is officially still ‘lucky’.
This morning (Sunday) at Youth Alpha we looked at obedience, specifically, how one generation of the Israelites disobeyed God but how their children grew up to obey Him.
On a similair theme, check out this old chestnut from Broadway Youth TV. Most of the Youth Alpha mob were in my SMKC (Sunday School) group when I made this, cool huh.
That’s all for now. Let’s end on a high note with some more action from Mr Duck Tape. Oh boy!

Yeah, "Mous-tash-ah" and "My eye is very sweet" were BRILLIANT captions. But I didn't know if you and Steven + your folks would want your pics all over the information highway thing.
I totally forgot that Mr Duck tapes real name was 'Fred the Snow man'. I maintain that he should have his own TV show, a chat show perhaps.
